Blair has also listed and sold land & ranch, premier residential and commercial / investment properties. He also specializes in CAD land planning drone and digital photography. Blair has proudly earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation.

Chris’ experience includes corporate services work representing clients such as American Express, KPMG and Advanced Micro Devices; multi-family and RV Park investment property sales, land sales and development. Chris and Blair partnered with Red McCombs on the development of two acreage homesite subdivisions, where their responsibilities included subdivision design, County approvals, construction oversight, marketing, and land sales.
